1. General
These terms govern your use of the ShipGod platform. By registering, logging in, trialing, upgrading or using any feature, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & Registration
- Trial accounts (14-day) do not require real names and are for evaluation only.
- When upgrading to the paid version, you must provide real registration information: vessel users — ship name, call sign, MMSI (and IMO number); shipowners / shipping companies — company name and Unified Social Credit Code (international: IMO company number, or country + national registration number).
- You warrant that the information provided is true and accurate and agree to format checks and material spot-checks.
🚫 Fake registration: if a false vessel/company name or false registration information is discovered, the platform may immediately suspend the account, wipe all its data and retain all fees (non-refundable), and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
3. Fees & Refunds
💰 All payments are non-refundable once made. This includes all plan fees (monthly / quarterly / yearly), fleet plans and combo plans.
- Renewal is required after expiry to continue using the service;
- Refund requests for personal reasons, change of mind or dissatisfaction are not accepted;
- If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period due to platform system failure, we may negotiate a remedy after verification by support.
4. Services & Changes
- The platform provides crew/company smart workspaces, AI assistants, archive & file management, notices & chat, and order activation;
- The platform may adjust, suspend or terminate features; major changes will be announced;
- Offline features rely on your device and browser; you are responsible for backing up important data.
- AI assistance: Any output from the platform AI assistants (including text, data, calculations, advice and quick-reference content) is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice or decision-making basis. Whether to adopt it is the users own decision and responsibility (masters, chief engineers and other roles shall follow the company safety management system and competent authority requirements).
5. Data & Privacy
Account, certification and order information is stored on our servers; workspace records are stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Suspension
- Accounts violating these terms may be suspended at any time; fees are non-refundable after suspension; trial accounts stop when expired.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the PRC. Disputes shall be resolved by friendly negotiation; otherwise submitted to the competent people's court at the platform operator's location.
8. Updates
We may revise these terms; revisions are published on the platform and apply upon publication.
