1. Information We Collect

• Account info: vessel/company name, email, password (encrypted) and paid-version certification info (call sign, MMSI, IMO number, credit code / registration number);
• Order info: plan, amount, order number and payment status;
• Workspace data: file names, folder structures, archive records, notices and chat messages — stored on your device's browser; their content is not collected by our servers;
• Uploaded files: files you upload to the server/LAN, stored in per-role directories.

2. How We Use Information

Only for: account activation and certification verification, order confirmation and activation, service operation and security, and necessary support. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

3. Storage

• Server data is stored in our operated server environment with access control and password protection;
• Device-local data (workspace records, vault files) exists only on your device; clearing browser data or changing devices loses it — please back up.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

No disclosure except as required by law or to fulfil platform obligations (e.g. cooperation with maritime/regulatory authorities). Certification info is used only for verification and records and is not publicly displayed.

5. Your Rights

You may review your on-device workspace data at any time. Account deletion / closure: contact support. Data of suspended accounts is handled per the Terms of Service.

6. Minors

The platform serves maritime professionals and is not intended for minors.

7. Updates

This policy may be revised; revisions are published on the platform and apply upon publication.
